Who are we?

Tracsis Travel Compensation Services Limited (TCS) is a wholly owned subsiduary of Tracsis plc and is a service that was developed with the sole intention of making it easier for UK rail operators to automatically process claims for compensation for delays and cancellations encountered by passengers on their journey, thus making it a quicker more efficient experience for the passenger who suffered the delay. We do this by providing rail operators with a front end web portal where passengers submit their claims (including journey details, ticket information and personal information) and back office processing systems to facilitate the management of the delay repay claims within the rail operators processing centres. In addition we also provide CRM solutions to rail operators, managing all customer contact, integrating with third party applications providing a one-stop solution and view of the customer.
